The world's first installation of a transparent media façade using the GKD Illumesh system is located near Torcé in France. 7 panels of the Illumesh mesh type, each of which is just under 15 m tall, clad the façade of an industrial property near Vitré. Covering an area of 100 m², the system communicates with the surrounding area, which transforms the building into a unique showcase, particularly during twilight hours and at night. It can even be seen from the highway between Le Mans and Rennes.
